KOTA BARU: Fares for the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) will be set based on a comprehensive study conducted by the Land Public Transport Agency (Apad) and are subject to approval by the relevant authorities, said Anthony Loke.
The Transport Minister said the fares would be announced several months before operations begin.
