KUALA LUMPUR: The Sessions Court has been told that there was a project advisory agreement between MKM Solutions Sdn Bhd and Nexuscorpgroup Sdn Bhd related to a maintenance services and spare parts supply project for the police.
MKM Ticketing Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd director Nik Shazni Farhan Nik Mohammad Shah, 43, said the agreement was on assistance by MKM Solutions to Nexuscorpgroup to prepare tender documents for the project.
