A HUSBAND and wife are destined to be work partners, earning a living together as “mobile” house cleaners, Harian Metro reported.
What began as a one-off cleaning job at a homestay led Siti Nurkhairah Adnan, 23, and her husband Muhammad Kamil Kassim, 25, to fall in love with the job and turn it into their main source of income.
Siti Nurkhairah said she had no prior background in cleaning, having worked as a cook and a delivery rider in the past.
Encouraged by positive responses after promoting their services on Threads and TikTok, the couple decided to focus fully on cleaning services from June 2025.
She shared that gaining customers’ trust was initially challenging, but consistent promotion on social media paid off.
The couple is now booked and busy, with jobs all around the Klang Valley, travelling by motorcycle.
Siti Nurkhairah said she has always received strong support from family and friends, and hopes to expand the business by hiring workers.
