KUALA LUMPUR: Rapper Namewee was freed from a charge of using dangerous drugs but continues to face a charge of having ecstasy pills.
Magistrate S. Arunjothy acquitted him after deputy public prosecutor Amritpreet Kaur Randhawa informed the court that the pathology results were negative and the prosecution had withdrawn the charge.
