PETALING JAYA: A Malaysian biomedical engineering graduate has made history by winning the prestigious Global Undergraduate Awards for the second consecutive year, according to a statement from Queen Mary University of London.
Balvinder Dhillon is the only recipient to achieve the rare double win in the engineering category.
