Fire dept helps police remove obese woman's body


KOTA BHARU: Firemen from the Gua Musang station assisted police in removing the body of an obese woman from a house in Kampung Sungai Terah, Gua Musang, on Friday night (Nov 28).

The Kelantan Fire and Rescue Department operations centre said that it received an emergency call at 8.47pm, and the operation involved nine personnel.

"The team arrived at the scene at 9.03pm. The 30-year-old woman, who weighed about 200kg, had passed away inside her home," it said in a statement on Saturday (Nov 29).

The body was handed over to police for further investigation. – Bernama
