Python bites pharmacy worker at Setia Alam outlet


SHAH ALAM: A pharmacy worker was bitten by a python while in the store's toilet.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director Ahmad Mukhlis, when contacted, said that the incident occurred at the shop in Setia Alam on Sunday (Nov 23).

A team was rushed to the scene at around 4.15pm and they successfully released the victim from the snake's bite.

"The victim was then handed over to Health Ministry officials for treatment while the two-metre long snake was released to a safe location," he said.
