Two men to be charged with Seri Kembangan murder


SERDANG: Two men will be charged with the murder of a woman found with her hands tied near the Blue Water Estate in Seri Kembangan.

Serdang OCPD Asst Comm Muhamad Farid Ahmad said the investigation paper has been referred to the Attorney-General’s Chambers.

“We have received a decision that two men in their 20s will be charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code,” he said on Sunday (Nov 16).

“The prosecution of the two suspects will be at the Petaling Jaya Magistrate’s Court on Monday (Nov 17),” he added.

It was reported that five suspects were detained in connection with the woman’s murder.

On October 29, the victim was found dead, naked and with her hands tied near the Blue Water Estate roundabout in Seri Kembangan.
