KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has granted leave for Datin Seri Pamela Ling Yueh to challenge her previous arrest and travel ban by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and the Immigration Department.
Justice Amarjeet Singh allowed Ling's application for leave to initiate judicial review after hearing submissions from parties in his chambers here on Monday (May 19).
The judge found that there were triable issues in the application.
