Durian skin, tea leaf soap wins big

WHILE durian skin and used tea bags are typically thrown away, a group of students from Sekolah Menengah (SM) Teknik Tuanku Jaafar in Seremban, have managed to turn these waste materials into soap.

Called Wanderlust, the soap was created last year by Muhammad Naqib Mikail Mohamad Najib, Nur ‘Ain Raihanah Ahmad Nzryshah and Noorul Aqil Zahirah – all of whom are now in Form Five.
