More than 90% take-up for first phase of Mah Sing’s M Legasi freehold township


PROPERTY developers Mah Sing Group Bhd has achieved a strong start for its highly anticipated M Legasi township in Semenyih, with the first phase of landed homes – Impira – recording an impressive take-up rate of more than 90% on its opening weekend.

Impira phase 1A comprises a total of 102 units with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM71mil. In response to the strong demand, Impira phase 1B will be opened for sale soon.
