NEARLY two years after their divorce, Syamsul Yusof and his ex-wife Puteri Sarah Liyana seemed to have embraced a new chapter in their lives as they came together to celebrate Hari Raya, Harian Metro reported.

Puteri Sarah visited the residence of her former parents-in-law for the occasion.

It was a heartfelt moment that was captured and shared by Syamsul on his Instagram story.

The appearance of the Mat Kilau director at his family residence also attracted public attention on the Internet, as it had been reported that he was estranged from his parents due to the divorce and his second marriage to Ira Kazar.

He, however, was said to have reconciled with his parents, veteran actor and director Datuk Yusof Haslam and his wife Datin Patimah Ismail, last year.

Syamsul and Puteri Sarah tied the knot in 2014 and have two children.

The marriage, however, ended in 2023, soon after it was exposed that Syamsul had secretly wed Ira.

However, his marriage to Ira was short-lived as it ended in a divorce last year.
