KUALA LUMPUR: Former Sabah infrastructure development minister Datuk Peter Anthony has filed a review of the Court of Appeal's decision to uphold his three-year jail sentence and RM50,000 fine for falsifying documents related to the maintenance and service contract at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) 11 years ago.

Peter, as the appellant, filed a notice of motion with a supporting affidavit at the Court of Appeal on March 14 through the law firm Messrs Kow, Lau & Ezra, naming the public prosecutor as respondent.
