SINGER Noh Salleh has denied allegations of kidnapping his adopted son Musa from his ex-wife, singer Mizz Nina, reported Berita Harian.

Noh claimed to have obtained permission from Musa’s biological mother to take care of the boy.

“Musa was handed over to me by his mother willingly and I was entrusted fully to look after him,” said the 38-year-old singer in a recent interview, adding that he was severely defamed despite having documents to prove his innocence.

The vocalist of popular local band Hujan said he has since returned Musa to Mizz Nina after she obtained a temporary custody order from the Syariah Court for the boy’s return.

“At about 8.30pm on Jan 14, she showed up at my house with her husband and policemen with the interim order to take Musa from my custody.

“I understood and respected the court’s order and surrendered Musa in good faith.

“(I) will seek my lawyer’s advice,” he posted on Instagram on Sunday night.

Mizz Nina, 43 – whose real name is Shazrina Azman – wed Noh in 2011.

The couple did not have any children together until they adopted Musa in March 2022.

However, the celebrity couple divorced soon after in August 2022.

Both were remarried to different partners last year.
