MyPPP president Maglin D'Cruz passes away

PETALING JAYA: People’s Progressive Party (MyPPP) president Datuk Seri Maglin Dennis D'Cruz has passed away at midnight Thursday (Nov 16). He was 67.

"We extend our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of Datuk Seri Maglin," said Johor MyPPP on its Facebook on Friday (Nov 17).

"His legacy will continue to inspire us all," it added.

Maglin had previously served as deputy information, communications and culture minister between 2010 and 2012 during the Barisan Nasional administration.

Maglin was appointed as the new MyPPP president in March after he won unopposed during the party election at the 67th annual general assembly.
