KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 207 notices were issued by the Road Transport Department (JPJ) for various offences, primarily against foreigners driving commercial vehicles.
Kuala Lumpur JPJ deputy director Erick Jusiang said foreigners were not permitted to drive commercial vehicles in Malaysia.
