KOTA KINABALU: A woman was killed after a tree that was uprooted by strong winds collapsed on her house at Kampung Kinarut Laut in Sabah's southwestern Papar district.
A Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said they received an emergency call over the incident at 2.59pm on Thursday (Dec 22).
