SEPANG: A tragic incident resulted in the death of a child who fell from the 11th floor of an apartment here.
Sepang OCPD Asst Comm Norhizam Bahaman said the incident occurred on Saturday (Oct 17) in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi.
"The victim, aged three, was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation paper has been opened under Section 31(1) of the Child Act 2001," he said.
He added that the boy's parents were home during the incident.
"Those with relevant information regarding the incident are urged to contact the investigating officer, Insp Mohamad Farizi Ramlee, at 014-314 5347," he said.
