GE15: I will decide soon, says King


KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah says he will decide on the formation of the government soon.

Speaking to reporters outside Istana Negara Gate 2 at 2.20pm, the King urged for patience and calm from the Malaysian public.

“Please be rational, we have to move on. We have to move forward for our beloved nation,” Sultan Abdullah said.

“Let me make the decision as soon as possible.”

The King also asked Malaysians to accept the eventual decision and move on – whatever it may be.

His Royal Highness then went back into the Palace.
