GE15: Penang DAP to reimburse tickets for higher education students returning home to vote

GEORGE TOWN: Penang DAP has offered to reimburse bus or train tickets for tertiary students staying here to return to their hometowns to vote.

It said the students may not have an income and will have to depend on family members.
