MALAYSIAN singer Gary Chaw (pic) has finally admitted that not all is well in his marriage, saying that he is “no longer confident that I will be with my wife for the rest of my life”, reported China Press.

Following a viral video showing Chaw’s drunken outburst at a restaurant earlier this year, it was speculated that it led to the singer being separated from his wife to whom he has been married for 14 years.

While the 43-year-old had dismissed such claims, he finally confessed that he was no longer on speaking terms with Wu Su-ling.

Chaw, who is currently back in Malaysia to prepare for an upcoming concert in Genting Highlands, added that his wife and children, who are in Taiwan, would not be attending any of his concerts for now.

“I am very sad, which is why I need some personal space,” he said.

> Malaysian rapper Namewee courted controversy once again after accusing Taiwan of being “unsafe” following the murder of three Malaysian women over the last three years, reported China Press.

“Taiwan is becoming increasingly unsafe. If you are thinking of killing someone in future, remember to keep calm.

“Invite them over to Taiwan before killing them. The law will protect you,” he said sarcastically.

Namewee was referring to a 24-year-old Malaysian undergraduate from Selangor, known only as Cai, who was found strangled to death recently in her apartment in Taipei.

Taiwanese police had received information that a 30-year-old man had overdosed on over-the-counter medication and confessed to paramedics that he had strangled a woman on Dadong Road in Taipei City’s Shilin district.

“Three dead in two years. R.I.P.,” Namewee wrote.

In 2022, two female Malaysian students were also found murdered in Taiwan.

One of them was Irene Chung, 24, from Sibu, Sarawak, and the other Deng Yong En, 25, from Kampar, Perak.

Chung’s killer was given the death penalty in 2022 while the suspect believed to have killed Deng committed suicide.

Namewee, 37, whose real name is Wee Meng Chee, has courted dozens of controversies in his 14-year career in the entertainment industry.

> Recently divorced China actor Huang Xiaoming appears to have a new girlfriend after a woman was spotted in his tent during his recent trip to Qingdao, reported Sin Chew Daily.

The 44-year-old, who was there to attend his cousin’s wedding reception, posted several photos of himself camping outdoors.

“Coming back home this time filled me with joy. Even though my hometown has changed, it has not changed much in my heart.

“I welcome everyone to come to Qingdao. I believe you will leave with amazing memories!” he said.

Eagle-eyed fans were quick to point out a mysterious woman, who appeared to be sharing a tent with Huang in one of his photographs.

Dressed in black and wearing a hat, the woman’s face was not visible.

Following Huang’s high-profile divorce with superstar Angelababy in January after a seven-year marriage, the actor was said to be pursuing several influencers including Ye Ke and Zhou Ziran.

Huang and Angelababy got married in 2015 after dating for six years.
