SERDANG: A convention might be broken when Budget 2023 is presented in Parliament this Oct 7, with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob Ismail Sabri Yaakob expected to table it, claims Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
In his winding up speech at the Perikatan Nasional Convention on Saturday (Aug 27), Muhyiddin said he was informed of this by a friend who is a Cabinet minister.
