KUALA LUMPUR: The Sessions Court ordered Faghira Fatini, the daughter of actor Kazaruddin Saisi, to file her statement of defence within a month, against the suit filed by actress Puteri Sarah.
Lawyer Datuk Akberdin Abdul Kader - representing Puteri Sarah or her real name Puteri Sarah Liyana Megat Kamaruddin as the plaintiff - said judge Rofiah Mohamad issued the order during the case management proceedings in chambers today.
