SINGER Siti Sarah Raisuddin, who is pregnant with her fourth child, was rushed to Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (HUKM) after her oxygen levels deteriorated due to Covid-19, Harian Metro reported.
Her manager Nana Mohamad Rom said the Sandarkan Pada Kenangan singer was supposed to have had her quarantine wristband taken off on Wednesday but then started coughing the day before.
“At about 6.30pm, the ambulance took Sarah to the hospital. She was supposed to have her quarantine wristband cut today but she started coughing and her oxygen levels decreased,” Nana told the daily.
Siti Sarah’s husband, comedian Shuib, took to Instagram to ask people to pray for her and their unborn child.
“Please pray for my wife, Siti Sarah Raissuddin. Please pray that the health of our unborn child and Siti Sarah will be restored and all affairs will be easy,” wrote the worried husband, whose real name is Shahmira Muhamad.
In a shared video, Siti Sarah appeared fatigued and needed oxygen while hugging her children before being taken to the hospital.

Its director Datuk Dr Zaini Hussin said the department did not carry out swab tests on animals.
Since Monday, a video has been circulating on Facebook and WhatsApp of an ape which appeared to be unwell, fatigued and suffering from the flu.
According to the video, based on those symptoms, the primate was taken to undergo a swab test and found to be positive for Covid-19. It also had to wear a pink wristband.
Dr Zaini advised the public not to joke about such matters.

Kosmo! reported that the man, known as @hairilashraff on Instagram, said the money had been returned to him by the recipient, Mohamad Farouq.
“Thank you very much. By sharing about this problem, someone managed to help me. I have received the money back just now. Very grateful,” he told the daily.
Hairil also expressed his thanks to a bank officer who had helped him with the issue, adding that Mohamad Farouq was also very cooperative.
