Isa Samad files appeal against graft conviction, posts bail


KUALA LUMPUR: Former Felda chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad (pic) has filed an appeal against his conviction on nine counts of corruption, and also posted bail.

His lawyer Datuk Salehuddin Saidin told The Star that the former Negri Sembilan mentri besar filed the notice through e-filing on Thursday (Feb 4) and paid RM700,000 in increased bail as ordered by the High Court.
