PUTRAJAYA: The management of condominiums and apartments can request foreign tenants undergo swab tests but not local residents, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
The Senior Minister said while the government would not stop the management from imposing the condition to look after the safety of residents, it could only be applied to foreigners who reside there.
