A long love affair with ang pow packets


JOHOR BARU: In normal, pre-pandemic times, a 42-year-old woman here would be busy making trips to various shopping malls and banks across the Causeway just to get her hands on the latest ang pow packets to add to her extensive collection.

Housewife Lilian Tan, an avid ang pow packet collector of more than 20 years, said the period between Christmas and Chinese New Year was usually a very exciting time for her.
