PETALING JAYA: Civil servants are duty bound to report corruption and could face disciplinary action for failing to do so, says Tan Sri Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman (pic).
"All civil servants are bound by the Public Officers (Conduct and Discipline) Regulations 1993 and any disregard of any regulations including not reporting wrongdoings of officers could result in disciplinary action for not doing so," the Public Service Department (PSD) director-general said Saturday (Dec 12).
