CATTLE farmers in Port Dickson, Negri Sembilan, have urged plantations and authorities not to impound cows grazing on their land, reported Makkal Osai.
One of the farmers, Masilamani Mutthiah, said they were shocked to see a group of security personnel trying to catch a herd of cows grazing in an oil palm plantation on the 10th Mile on Jalan Seremban.
