Four held for playing with homemade carbide cannon


IPOH: Four men are in a lot of trouble after being caught playing with a carbide cannon at an oil palm estate in Besout 4, Slim River, about 108km from here.The four men, aged 21 to 32, are being investigated by the police for three offences.

These include Section 8 of the Explosives Act for possessing explosives under suspicious circumstances and Regulation 15 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases (Measures within the Infected Local Areas) Regulations 2020 for disobeying the movement control order.
