Lab assistant suffers burns due to acid spill in Kuching school lab

Bomba teams containing sulphuric acid spill in SMK Sains Utara Kuching.

KUCHING: A laboratory assistant at a school here was burned in an accident when a container of sulphuric acid spilled here, says the Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department.

It added that the incident happened at about 8am Tuesday (Feb 11) at SMK Sains Kuching Utara and that the victim had been rushed to the hospital.
