ALOR SETAR: Cloud seeding operations have started in Kedah, which were temporarily set back as clear blue skies indicated an absence of clouds to seed.

In a statement, the Muda Agriculture Development Authority (Mada) said together with the Malaysian Meteorological Department, cloud seeding operations over the Muda Dam and its surrounding areas were carried out at 12.30pm Sunday (Jan 19).
