KEPALA BATAS: Khaliq Mehtab Mohd Ishaq, the Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia candidate for the Bertam state seat, is reaching out to Chinese voters in Hokkien.

The 42-year-old lawyer said he could speak the dialect well as his mother is of Chinese descent.
