KUALA LUMPUR: The Registrar of Societies (RoS) has no intention of deregistering DAP but the party must hold fresh elections for its central executive committee (CEC), said director-general Datuk Mohammad Razin Abdullah.
He said RoS will be issuing a directive to DAP to hold fresh elections for 20 legal and authorised CEC members.
