We’ll engage with groups against Zakir, says Jamil

NO action will be taken against groups who oppose the presence of controversial preacher Dr Zakir Naik in the country. Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom added that efforts would instead be made to engage with such groups.

“The Government will take measures to explain to those against his (Dr Zakir) presence here as it involves sensitivity in our multi-racial society,’’ Jamil replied to Ahmad Marzuk Shaary (PAS-Bachok).
