’s net profit more than tripled to RM18mil in the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2026 (4Q26), from RM6mil a year earlier, driven by higher sales volume from its extrusion and fabrication business.

Group managing director Tan Sri Lau Kuan Kam said the company recorded its strongest quarterly revenue and profit after tax in 4Q26, supported by sustained customer demand and operational execution.
Looking ahead, PA Resources is diversifying into new products and markets, including aluminium profiles for the construction sector, premium aluminium windows and doors, and aluminium and carbon-fibre poles for the plantation industry.
Its RM100mil expansion plan is also progressing on schedule, with a new manufacturing plant expected to begin operations in the second half of 2027.
The facility is expected to more than double the group's monthly production capacity to 8,000 tonnes from 3,500 tonnes currently.
PA Resources also recently renewed its supply agreement with First Solar for another 18 months. The US$322mil (RM1.31bil) contract will provide a base for the group's next phase of growth as it pursues its diversification strategy.
“We remain confident in the future of P.A. Resources. Our order book is strong, our expansion plan is on track, and our strategic initiatives are designed to build a more resilient and diversified business for the long term,” Lau said.
