’s net profit rose 46.7% to RM13.67mil in the second quarter ended June 30, 2026 (2Q26), from RM9.32mil a year earlier.
The stronger performance was driven by its property development business and improved margins from ongoing construction projects.

The group said revenue from its property development segment rose 34% to RM106.6mil from RM79.8mil, driven by higher project completion and sales at subsidiary Gaya Kuasa Sdn Bhd.
The construction segment remained the largest revenue contributor, generating RM142.9mil, or 56% of total revenue, while the concessionaire asset and maintenance segment contributed RM6mil.

.
Pesona Metro said its growth prospects are also supported by its property development pipeline, anchored by REN Residensi, and stable concession income from its UniMAP student hostel concession, which runs through 2036.
