PETALING JAYA: MIC Youth has thrown its support behind the proposed setting up of a second National Consultative Council (NCC2) to address the country’s present socio-economic and political challenges.
National youth chairman Sivarrajh Chandran (pic) said the time was right to establish the NCC2 as the first National Consultative Council had “frayed on its edges”.
