SHAH ALAM: Police officer ASP Mohd Akmalrizal Radzi will never forget the day the Raja Muda of Selangor Tengku Amir Shah risked his life to save one of his bodyguards.
The Raja Muda’s former aide-de-camp (ADC) said this happened in 2007 when Tengku Amir was still a teenager.
