KUALA LUMPUR: A weak earthquake measuring 2.6 on the Richter scale hit Ranau, Sabah, at 7.23pm Thursday.
In a statement Thursday, the Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) said the earthquake epicentre was located 11km north of Ranau.
