New NSC Act won’t be used on Bersih rally, says IGP


PUTRAJAYA: There is no need for the new National Security Council (NSC) Act to be used on the proposed Bersih 5 rally, says Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar (pic).

The Inspector-General of Police said the rally, should it take place, would be under the provisions of the Peaceful Assembly Act (PAA) 2012.
