PLUS allowed to raise toll rates 5% every three years until 2038

KUALA LUMPUR: PLUS Expressway Berhad toll charges may go up by 5% next year under the revised highway concessionaire agreement.

Deputy Works Minister Datuk Rosnah Rashid Shirlin (pic) said PLUS would be allowed to raise toll rates by 5% every three years from 2016 until the extended concession period ends in 2038.
