Transport industry unhappy with new rates


PETALING JAYA: With the ringgit declining and Malaysia’s economy uncertain, many familiar with the transport industry are asking why toll rates are going up now.

Pan Malaysian Lorry Operators Association president Jong Foh Jit said lorry companies were facing higher costs, and that the hike was not welcome.
