BANTING: The notorious Gang 04 is blatantly challenging police by spray painting gang symbols on the walls of a police beat base and the district police headquarters here.
The 04 number, religious swastika symbol and “R.I.P” (rest in peace) were spray painted in red on the wall and doors of a beat base while the same symbols appeared on the walls of shoplots in the vicinity.
