KUALA LUMPUR: Eye on Malaysia Sdn Bhd (EOM) has been wound up by the High Court after it failed to settle an outstanding debt of RM613,271 owed to a generator-supplying company.
High Court judge Justice Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahim granted Daiden Equipment Sdn Bhd its winding up petition against EOM yesterday, after the matter came up for hearing.
