AKADEMI Fantasia 3 winner Mawi told 2,000 Universiti Putra Malaysia undergraduates and lecturers that one of his relatives was a drug addict who died because of factors related to his addiction.
Mawi, whose full name is Asmawi Ani, said this at an anti-drug campaign organised by UPM on Wednesday, Harian Metro reported.
