Cops chasing thieves hurt in collision

PETALING JAYA: A police patrol car crashed into a civilian car while chasing car thieves near Taman Mayang yesterday. 

OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Hazam Abdul Halim said constables Mohd Yazid Adam, 27, and Mohd Hafiz Amirul, 20, had gone to the housing area at about 4.30am to investigate a tip-off that a car theft was in progress.
