A man has been accused of selling dogs for cooking to the Vietnamese foreign workers by the roadside near Ayer Itam market in Penang. Councillor Lim Boon Beng said he had ordered the local council officers to take action on the man for trading without a valid permit. “The enforcement team went there the past few days but did not see him, we will following on this,” said Lim.
