61-year-old singer Jacky Cheung surprised everyone at his concert in Macau when he performed a leg split on stage, Sin Chew Daily reports.

During the concert on Sunday (June 11), he spoke about ageing and advised his audience to exercise and stay healthy.

He then performed the leg split, much to the audience’s surprise and delight. The act was caught on video which went viral and attracted many comments.

“How is this 61 years old? I can’t even do it at 31,” one user commented, while another said: “Even after singing, he can still perform a full split.”

The paper said his full split performance was a tribute to actress Lydia Shum, who became his godmother after they acted together in the TV show Mother vs Mother.

Lydia had her own iconic full split performance, and in memory of her, he practised and did a full leg split in a concert in 2011, and did the same in subsequent concerts.
