Actor Amir Ahnaf ignoring criticism over 'soft porn' scene in TV series

RISING actor Amir Ahnaf is choosing not to respond to gossip and controversies, Kosmo! reported.

These include criticism over a scene in a TV series described as "soft porn."

"Like it or not, this is the reality an artiste has to face," said the 24-year-old.

"However, if we are right, there is no reason to be scared. I'm not running away by not giving any statement, I just wanted to let things cool off first because people won't listen anyway.

"I'm not shielding myself from criticism either. If I did something wrong, I will take it as a lesson," added the actor who has been in the film industry for about a year.

Amir rose to fame after starring in a coming-of-age TV series Project High Council where he was the main antagonist.

He recently debuted on the silver screen as Andak in the latest biopic depicting Malay warrior Pendekar Awang Darah Indera Gajah.
